This is the problem:

Win32DllLoader::Load(special://xbmc/system/ImageLib.dll)

The new builds are missing DLL's...MSCVfoo.dll. Installing an old jester build then updating with a new one fixes this.

I have the same issue. Have installed XBMC for windows from here:

http://www.sshcs.com/xbmc/

then I updated with the latest nightly build from here:

http://www.sshcs.com/xbmc/

where can I find old Jester install?

With what can I then update?

Is there any particular reason the new builds are missing the dll's? Maybe a legality issue or they are needed in XP but not Vista (or vice versa)?
