Im after a silent PSU for my htpc. i have upto £150 to spend on it (but i think this might be overkill for a HTPC)

its gonna be powering:

gigabyte ga-73pvm-s2 motherboard
intel core2 duo e7400
2 gig kingston pc2 5300 ddr2 ram
nvidia 8500gt (soon to replaced with a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4670 Ultimate "Passive" 512MB card)
plus 2 (possibly more in the future) hard drives 1 small sata drive and one large 1tb+ sata drive

any suggestions?
