I keep getting a blank black screen when using the ProjectM visualisation since upgrading to Rev24195.

It does work OK when I use the Babylon release, and the other preinstalled visualisations work in 24195.

Platform: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 build 2600. Built on Jun 2 2009 (SVN:20672, compiler 1500)
Genuine Intel® CPU T2600 @ 2.16GHz
Desktop Resolution: 1600x1200 32Bit at 60Hz
GL_VENDOR = ATI Technologies Inc.
GL_RENDERER = ATI MOBILITY FireGL V5200
GL_VERSION = 2.1.7980 FireGL Release

Shows an error ERROR: exception in CApplication::Render()

Any idea as to what's changed to cause ProjectM stop working?

Further testing:
It appears to have broken back at Revision 24059

Rev24041 ok
Rev24043 ok
Rev24059 not working
Rev24102 not working

Hi !

Have the same problem with 9.11 Alpha2 at Fedoda 10/11 32bit -
black screen. Sometime visualisation worked, in my case, if
i switch from currently playing video into the audio clip, without pressing "stop"
in video.

had the same problem here with all current/newer builds. Simply replaced the projectm_win32.vis with an older version. This works for me. Seems as there is no one interested in the current GL builds anymore.

Perfect h3ll .

I'd tried some older versions of projectm_win32.vis but they didn't work. This one works a treat with Rev 24195.
