XBMC live 9.11b2 xorg.conf problem
#1
I use unetbootin to copy the image over on a FAT32 formated USB stick and have made the live-rw with toporesize. It boots fine into xbmc but everytime i try to edit xorg.conf its gone back to normal after next reboot.

Do i have to edit the syslinux.cfg parameters or?

Seems like nvidia-xconfig auto make a new xorg.conf everytime you reboot. Somebody most be aware of this.

I had this problem with Beta 1 ....

not an elegant solution, but after editing or copying the file

make it read only Smile this is with an installed version on a USB stick anyway

then on boot it can't copy over it Smile

sudo chmod -rw /etc/X11/xorg.conf

I now have 24p working Smile
