I have 3 TVs in my house and all are currently able to stream media from my main PC. One is on Xbox/XBMC. One is on a PC w/ XBMC. In the bedroom I've got my XBox 360 streaming using transcode 360. I want to get the 360 out of the bedroom but am not willing to give up my media. Right next to the TV I've got a charging station similar to this one. Would it be realistic to Frankenstein this charging station into a XBMC running monster? There is quite a bit of unused space in the bottom and back; and I could also cut the front of the drawer off so that space was available.

What would I be looking at for cost? What hardware would you guys suggest? Will I be sacrificing performance compared to my current 360? What options could I have for running it via remote?
