I just set up XBMC for my 72-year-old dad. He had a stroke this past year and is mostly bedridden, with the use of one hand. I just set him up with a new HTPC with XBMC on it and loaded it with all sorts of movies and tv shows ... and he LOVES it! When I showed him everything he could do with it, he looked more excited than I'd seen in a long time. I just wanted to say thanks, XBMC devs, for putting out such a great system. It made my dad's day. Smile

A cool story indeed. I thought I'd mention too.. for someone with only the use of one hand, the iphone/itouch app, or android app might be perfect. they're both very slick.
