I installed my Crystal HD chip tonight, on atv 3.0.1, HDMI 1080p, XBMC svn r27197. Everything was working on my test bench.
Moved my atv back to the television, now 1080i Component. atv boots up just fine. I launch XBMC, do the video calibration, start watching a movie, everything is fine.
About 15 mins into the movie it started getting choppy. I figure I'll stop the movie and restart to see what happens. I exit the movie, then exit xbmc back to FrontRow. I relauch XBMC and only get a black screen. Using the apple remote (listening for the clicks), I can exit XBMC back to Front Row. I figure I'll check Boxee for kicks. Boxee boots into a black screen. I exit back to Front Row. I change my atv video setting to 480p, Boxee boots properly. I exit back to Front Row, and change my video setting back to 1080i. Now neither Boxee nor XBMC will boot to anything but a black screen, in both 1080i and 480p.

Any ideas?
