"my weather" problem

ok i have a problem i cant get my weather to find my town after i type in my town 20 seconds later it just goes back to the my weather settings screen. im using a hub with a rj45 cord. whats wrong?? i included my xboxmediacenter.xml also i have my ip to auto because after i change it my internet goes out until i put it back to auto. so if that makes a diffrence tell me plz

i would say your home network is not setup correctly and as such your xbox cannot see the internet.
