When I play videos in XBMC it pauses occasionally, and then continues after 15-20 seconds, almost like it is buffering. The interface itself doesnt hang so you can still view info etc. But pause, play and stop doesnt work until the time has "passed".

If I browse the disk where the file is stored in "My Computer" it resumes playing instantly, so I'm wondering if XBMC has problem keeping the disk from going into "sleep mode". This normally happens 1-2 times in a 40-minute show

I checked the log-file and found this at the time when it happened:
