Hallo,
I started to develop a qml remote for XBMC. It should work on any device that supports Qt 4.7. eg. newer Nokia mobiles, MeeGo devices, and about anything with "normal" Linux, Windows or Mac OS X ...
At the moment there are no binaries, but you can try it with the qmlviewer (part of the Qt 4.7 SDK)

just download the code, edit xbmc.js, replace server and port according to your setup and start either touch.qml or xbmc.qml
