Dharma Final audio level set too high ?
#1
OK guys this could be me as i've been ill the last few days and it may be i'm more atuned to noise at the moment but i upgraded to Dharma final the other day from a RC and have noticed what appears like audio sounds being way too high.

Its almost like when you turn something up too high and it over modulates. I have never noticed this before and it is possible its just my illness causing me to read into things that simply aren't there but i'm convinced the audio is higher on this final than on the RC (just by the slider on the TV audio).

I upgraded with a sudo apt-get so alsamixer stayed the same (although i did check it). The issue too is that alsamixer doesn't seem to feed my nvideo passthrough hdmit (device 1,3) so i couldn't alter those through linux incase that changed.

So before i go through restoring a backup to find its just me, has anyone else noticed the same ?
