I was testing several skins from the xbmc repository, to find the "lightest" one. i switched to Alaska and the screen is totally unresponsive. I cannot do anything never mind switch skin.

I tried a delete and reinstall but I think the settings are saved and it defaults back to Alaska HELP!!!

Delete it, Xbmc will fallback to default skin.

SSH the iPad (have openssh installed).
Browse to: /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/addons
Delete skin.alaska and you should be good to go.

Or you can delete guisettings.XML To go back to defaults - I've had to do that a few times this week! I really hope some clever skinning people write a lovely iOS skin soon.

On a side note the swipe left to go back gesture is so natural to me now I keep keep trying to use it in safari!
