Default subtitle folder - TV shows
#1
Hi all,

I've been searching for a while but couldn't find an answer.

I currently have external subtitles stored in one folder, "subtitles", this works great for movies.
However I don't seem to be able to achieve this for TV shows.
I put the episode .srt in the "subtitle" folder named exactly as the episode "Misfits - S02E01".srt but it doesn't pick it up. Also saving the srt in the same folder as the media file of the same name doesn't work.

I'm sure there is a perfectly simple thing i'm doing wrong, but could someone tell me where i'm going wrong.

Thanks in advance!

I have the .srt file in the same folder as the media file and it works fine.

The Wire S05E01 More With Less.srt

I think this is as you describe it. Maybe there is an issue with your .srt files?
