what setting did you use to make the disk image.

Just disk utility to create the .iso, but the .iso mounted isn't the problem. It seems to be when the DVD is in the drive.

yes but I would need the disk image to make a DVD Smile That disk image is what 4GB's. I can PM a private ftp site for upload.

Can you take you disk image, remove the mkv, then zip it up. That would make it much, much smaller. See PM for ftp site.

How do you remove files from a .cdr? I tried mounting the image, then removing the file, but the size doesnt change.

grrr, maybe make a new image, copy the files (less the mkv) over.

Ripped it on windows PC to .iso. Removed file from .iso. Made new .iso from fileset.

File uploaded. Should be 14,569,472bytes.
