Just had a look at the french forum "Xbmc-Passion". Looks like the problem is already solved, at least with the confluence skin : http://passion-xbmc.org/support-xbmc-sou.../#msg77985.

You can give a look at the confluence zip, and, may be, you could adapt it to your skin.

Finally, the team of the French scrapper "Cine-Passion" finalized the French movies rating routine.

Unfortunately, the expressions that the scrapper returns are slightly different of the ones you included in your skin :

The definitive expressions are :

"French:-12"
"French:-16"
"French:-18"
"French:U"

"French:U" is the expression returned for the French "General Audience" rating.

They also create an icon for the French U rating :

("Tout Public" is the French expression for General Audience).

Would you be kind enough to adapt your splendid skin according to these final French dispositions.

In fact, the "French:-10" is only a TV rating, not a movie rating, but, of course, you can let it in the skin for those who also have french tv shows in their video librairies...
