For example, I mean like this: "Amination movies" and not "Amination ..." with a scrolling from right to left.

For sure this was possible in the old version of artic zephir.

Should be in skin settings > furniture > Enable auto scrolling for titles.
Version 2.0.2 is now available in the official kodi repository. Here are the changes that v2.0.2 brings:

  • Improved media flags (!thx @Nanomani)
  • Added setting to use thumb instead of fanart for background on episodes
  • Strings update to artwork in skin shortcuts
  • Improved indicators
  • Fixed extra fanart in music section and widgets fade animation (!thx @Nanomani)
  • Fixed issue with duration in some cases (!thx @dermaik)
  • Improved lyrics and background
  • Fixed issue with indicators (!thx @semool)
Yes i am using v2.0.1
And looked in the repository and only see v2.0.1 as the only current update! v2.0.2
Is not showing within the repository not sure how else to install update outside of a repository.

I am using a Nvidia Shield TV Pro and running the current Nexus 20.0 from the google play store.

I do have access to change preset color. But in Accent Color i have no options to change color just have the preset color available.
So for example i click on Accents, highlights, focusbuttons > I get
Color: ff345da9
Name: Not available
And bottom left corner in get a tick option which is only the preset color or the trash can and if i click on that then it reverts back to the default color from the preset color option.
No options at all to change to any color i want.
I appreciate your hard work and getting the new version up and ready. A round of applause.

I will try and explain improvements to be made by photos and I hope you can amend the code to allow scrolling of long song titles and long album names.
Normally they scroll fine in play lists etc but I have found 2 examples of song titles where the scrolling option is not set.
Also 1 example where a long titled album does not scroll.

It would be great if you could set up the text to scroll.

All 3 examples can be found across the following photos:

I hope that these can be easily changed.

Many thanks.
Just an update...
I figured out how to install the v2.0.2 zip and it has updated to v2.0.2.
But previous issues remains...
Can only change preset colors... but within accent colors i am locked to only preset colors and unable to change colors with color picker.
@beatmasterrs does it take a bit of time for the file to propagate? I went to update to the latest version and I still show version 1.1.72 on the official Kodi repository.

Please try to choose a color palette in skin settings > colors > color palette

What kodi version do you use?

Somehow still 1.1.72 even though I have auto update set   Confused. If I update to 2.0.2 manually from a zip file will it then auto update from the Kodi repository when there is a new release?

I meant, what kodi version you use (e.g. matrix, nexus)? The 2.x.x version should be only available, if you use kodi nexus.

You only get an update-info, if you have installed the skin via kodi official repo.

Oh duh, I am still on Matrix 19.4 and to be honest the main reason I have not moved to Nexus is because I love this skin and am scared I will lose all the settings I have painstakingly done over time. As far as you know, can I upgrade to nexus and keep all my current settings from 1.1.72 and then upgrade to 2.0.2 without losing anything?
I had no problems at all updating to Nexus and the latest skin.

I currently have 2 systems with which I use Kodi. Today I updated the 2nd system with CoreElec from Kodi 19.3 to Kodi 20.0 and all skin settings were applied. I do not know much about how best to update, only that you should switch to the default skin before. After backup my sd-card and updating to kodi 20, the update notification has appeared. I have updated all addons, including artic zephyr reloaded. After all updates were done, i switched to artic zephyr reloaded and all was fine, including widgets and skin settings.
Scrolling is working fne, many thanks again.

[Music OSD] osd playlist improvements #934
