Both movie78 and I got the N2820. Didn't even know there was a newer N2830. And, yes, lip-sync error only affects some 3D ISO's. 2D is perfect, at least MKV's, as I don't have any 2D ISO's. Also 3D MVC MKV's are perfect.

i would check your 2820.. the newer 2830 is also sold as 2820 (only thing to know is to check the number as i said)
very strange, its slight bit faster (new one)

could you check if u have lip sync error with 3d iso played as 2d? pls (just switch during play from 3d to 2d)

You have to be careful about some of this Mini PC,not all of them support DTSHD&TRUEHD
At least, the 2820 does,do some research first if you trying to get 2830.

both will do hd audio cause its same nuc only with higher clocked ram and slightly faster proc
