After have used AeonMQ6 skin for several time, few days ago I installed Aeon MQ7 and I noted two problems:

Are animated discs working for collection sets? They work for me in MQ6, but not MQ7.

Spinning disc art is not visible in "right list" view mode when a movie compilation is selected. When enter into the movie collection, in the same view mode, the spinning discart is visible for each movie instead. I understood that in Wanilton installation all works well but probably there is something wrong anyway. Could someone suggests which settings are probably missing or anything else to address the issue in the right way?

2) I loaded my music library, but when I'm into the playing view the KHZ, KBPS and BITS information fields are missing

In order these info could be viewed, have I add some tags in the relevant album .nfo file? If I open one of these music files in mp3tag program I can see these fields no empty.
All the file are in mp3 format and they were processed by Music Brainz Picard program.

EDIT: The problem I have on my android tv box only. On Windows 10/PC I have no problem instead

Any suggestion would be appreciated

If you use ember, or other external tool, try rename filenames.

Yes, It´s the same Kodi Krypton Beta 2, I test work fine. But I prefer traditional install.

@Steini, public version MQ7 is only for Kodi Jarvis. Marcos will work proper version MQ7 for use with Kodi Krypton.

First of all, I want to thank everyone who worked on this Skin for all of your hard work. There really isn't anything like it, or anything that can compare to the user experience you get with Kodi + Aeon MQ 7. It's very impressive.

One thing that I am experiencing with this skin that I don't experience with other skins is that the OSD when playing videos is a little hit and miss with functionality. Two issues that I sometimes see --

• When the OSD *does* work, there is often a lag from the time that I activate it before I see it. For example, if I say, hit the volume up button on my remote control, the volume goes up and then after maybe 10-15 seconds, I see the volume bar pop up and actually change. Also, if I simply pause playback, it can take 15-30 seconds for the OSD to show up.
  
• If I pause playback, the "PAUSED" dialog will stay on the screen, on top of the video, ad infinitum. The only way I can get rid of it is to exit fullscreen video and then go back into it.
  

One other tiny suggestion -- I wonder if you have considered tweaking the popup notification dialogs at all to make them more readable? As much as I love this skin, I hesitate to use it as my daily driver, mostly because of the notifications. I make use of the popup notifications in Kodi very heavily. I use Pushbullet to send many different kinds of notifications to Kodi, and I enjoy that I can see these notifications while I am watching TV. One thing that I really miss from other skins is the icon associated with the popup, be it a GMail icon for new mail notifications or a SickRage icon to show when a new item is being downloaded, etc. Also, the way the notifications are in all caps and are all in one line that scrolls horizontally makes them quite hard to read. I would very much prefer a more "traditional" looking notification with the icon and 2-3 lines of text that all displays at once in a popup. I wonder if anyone else has any opinion about this?

hi i have a little problem now it prob defo my end but with tv shows when i click to enter from menu bar they not there i have to then go in file then tv show folder
then they just shown as file names with tags
i added the folder they in same way as films films work fine press movies they all there scroll down get art work
but tv shows not working yes i add contect info also added music and that fine
please note this a fresh build with just skin added no video addons
all my contents is added via network address
maybe i missed something or need add a tv addon
is there not a way to set your libery loction from settings like other skins

This is not a skin issue, but an issue with Kodi. It took me forever to figure this out, but it has to do with VSYNC. In Settings/System/Video Output, put Vertical Blank Sync to "always enabled". Something with the switching with the "Enabled during video playback" function, on some graphics cards (Intel?), causes this issue to happen, and it gets worse the longer you leave Kodi running. Some users reported their issue persisted with this setting though, so you may have to disable it entirely if this is the case, but you will see screen tearing in certain scenes. Depending on your OS, you may be able to force VSYNC from your graphics card control panel if this is an issue.

hi i am using windows 10 , and i am using this skin with jarvis 16.1 with the mod version as well , but no matter what i try and do i dont seem to get any disc images unless i go to gui and tell it to download the disc manually , i have reset kodi and reloaded the skin every time its the same problem with no disc , i am using artwork downloader set to defualt or local , any ideas why this should be happening thanks for your advice

@flowerpot, image in your post, top menu have options for get logo/clearart, test with one movie, select solo mode, or use auto mode for all items. Work fine here. Return to home, came back item, and check if have discart.

hi thanks for your reply i can get disc art work through gui , solo , auto . but when i use artwork downloader to get the images without going into gui , solo , auto the disc artwork dont come down i thought i would come down with the rest of the artwork thanks

@flowerpot, you need use options available for get arts via artwork download, this is the only way for work.

thanks for your reply i am using Aeon MQ7 Modded for Jarvis as well does it matter , as i waiting for team viewer support from the owner of this modd as it seems i am doing it wrong

In the screenshot you posted you can see an item called "Get logo/clearart - auto mode" just click that. Do it once in your TV library and once in your Movie library. It can take a while depending on how much stuff you have. After it finishes you will have your artwork.
