Hi, you did a really great job on customizing refocus, especially the latest OSD is just what i wanted. One request I have is to allow a folder to be chosen for global backgrounds.

21.05.2014
- revised the OSD screens for: music/live tv/videos (see screenshots)
- fixed: Fanart displaying issue while music playback
- should be fixed: Aspectratio/crop issue with TV logos (pls test deletedpenuin)
- Ported: Bello music visualization scrolling text (can be disabled)
- Added Bello like "working" notification
- Added option to auto hide the music info panels
- Changed some dialogs (still not all done yet)
- Adjusted the clock in the upper right corner
- Added CDart to the music visualization screen. If no CDart is available, a fake cd with the album cover + artist name is displayed instead

I really like the new changes, however the info box on the OSD (wide vs. on the right hand side) seem too big - I've yet to see enough text to fill it. I thought the way it was implemented previously was perfect.
Still not getting fanart for music playback, but not confident it's an issue with the skin. I think the plugin is acting up.
Thanks again sualfred.

Thanks for the confirmation.
Regarding the music OSD panel: That's exactly how I like it, sorry. But there is a settting to hide it after a few seconds in the skin settings menu.
For me the fanarts works without any problems now. Try to disable the artist slideshow addon, then it would only grab your local fanart image.

Live TV info box:
You can do it on your own. Open the includes.xml and search for "plot box livetv" and replace the part with this one
Code:<!-- plot box livetv -->
<control type="group">
<left>785</left>
<top>-420</top>
<width>1280</width>
<height>400</height>
<visible>VideoPlayer.Content(LiveTV)</visible>
<include>screen_Dimensions</include>
<control type="image">
<top>125</top>
<left>5</left>
<width>470</width>
<height>50</height>
<texture colordiffuse="whitetrans">white.png</texture>
</control>
<control type="image">
<top>125</top>
<left>5</left>
<width>470</width>
<height>310</height>
<texture colordiffuse="base_1play">overlays/bg_diffuse.png</texture>
</control>
<control type="image">
<width>470</width>
<left>5</left>
<height>1</height>
<top>175</top>
<texture colordiffuse="whitetrans">white.png</texture>
<visible>VideoPlayer.Content(LiveTV)</visible>
</control>
<control type="image">
<top>125</top>
<left>5</left>
<width>470</width>
<height>310</height>
<texture colordiffuse="whitetrans">overlays/cover_overlay.png</texture>
</control>
<control type="label">
<top>125</top>
<width>450</width>
<left>15</left>
<label>$VAR[osd_Title]</label>
<scrolltime>50</scrolltime>
<scroll>auto</scroll>
<textcolor>Color1</textcolor>
<include>detail_Title</include>
</control>
<control type="label">
<top>140</top>
<width>450</width>
<left>15</left>
<label>$INFO[VideoPlayer.StartTime] - $INFO[VideoPlayer.EndTime]</label>
<textcolor>Color2</textcolor>
<include>container_Sub</include>
</control>
<control type="textbox">
<top>180</top>
<left>15</left>
<width>450</width>
<height>240</height>
<label>$VAR[player_Plot]</label>
<textcolor>Color1</textcolor>
<include>container_TextSmall</include>
<autoscroll delay="10000" time="4000" repeat="10000">true</autoscroll>
</control>
</control>
This should work (did not tested it).
And a quick fix for the slider thing:
Open VideoOSDSettings.xml and replace
with this:Code:<control type="image">
<left>-340</left>
<top>-102</top>
<visible>Skin.String(playercontrols,visible)</visible>
<include>screen_Dimensions</include>
<texture colordiffuse="base_1">overlays/base_color.png</texture>
<include>transition_Dialog</include>
</control>
Code:<control type="image">
<left>-340</left>
<top>-102</top>
<include>screen_Dimensions</include>
<texture colordiffuse="base_1">overlays/base_color.png</texture>
<include>transition_Dialog</include>
<visible>Skin.String(playercontrols,visible) + !Window.IsActive(sliderdialog)</visible>
</control>
This fix will be included in the next package.

As i try to make your skin to look as MCE like as possible (a really more modern Version of), I would like to be able to set the Background for all Menu items to a single image and also to set the Item picture itself (at the Moment it uses Fanart i think).

Download the latest package. You can choose a global single image or a slideshow folder now.
