not sure how many times will I have to say this, read the first post in this thread... not all 57 pages, just one post... follow the link I gave you. I cannot help anyone if the log is clipped/incomplete.
damn it, its like pulling teeth. I dare anyone to read 57 pages back and see how many times we actually help people in posts and how many time we beg for correct logs

you are only allowed to tell me to chill once you have dealt with the same amount of "log please, no please post FULL log" posts
to your issue, looks like the script doesn't even start... is that correct?
the only difference I see is that your media is on NFS share, that could be the issue... I don't have any NFS shares to confirm/test this
EDIT: if you can try on SMB or local file , that way we can eliminate the script and/or xbmc issues

About this, I don't belive that NFS is the problem. With the previous build of xbmc (Alpha 5 o Alpha 6) the script worked fine.

ok, so it crashes the XBMC?
if yes, could you get the crash reporter log? /Users/i5Js/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

I see no reason for it to fail/lock there... could you try one of the todays ones from http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/osx/ ? just see if it gives you the same issue

Sure, I will try it, give me a couple minutes....
Well, It's working now...
Thanks a lot!!

I believe the crashes of XBMC in the nightlies from the past 2 weeks on ATV2 are not because of anything related to the subtitle script, going back to the nightly from september 9 seems to work fine with no crash when launching the script. Would be great to identify the changeset after which it started crashing though.

I do not see errors either, but it crashes all the time when I push the button.
I have installed the latest nightly. And tried again. Same result.
Xbmc log: (no errors again): Log
Crash report: crash in thread 3: Crash report

You were referring to my post? If so, I mentioned I had installed the latest nightly, as in just before the crash log. So at least this nightly for ios does not solve the issue yet (have not tested on atv2 cause it's in use ATM)
