i can't register in YAMJ ??

1.70 of my template won't work with current Ember, cause it uses new mediaInfo fields which are currently not supported in Ember. But I will soon sumbit my changes to Dan Coopers Version together with newest template so you can use it Expect update to be this week!

Hello,

A year ago or so I used ember for all my tv shows and movies. I eventually ran into that bug where xbmc won't scrape tv shows nfo or episodes from ember, which left me with listings for shows but no episodes being found. I am not sure if that bug is fixed in the newer version or not, but how do I fix this? should I just delete everything from my folder and rescan it in ember and edit everything manually again? The problem occurs in shows that don't have data online, such as some tv specials or foreign shows.

Just discovered that there is no scraping of actors anyway you slice it right now. Thanks Dan, thought I was going crazy.

if a movie has the tag <watched> or <unwatched> set to 1 or 0 ... editing the *.nfo, then if you add this to %appdata% XBMC/userdata/advancedsettings.xml
in theory the movies gets the watched status

Is it working or it is not working? (I do not have a a way to check it. Also does XBMC save the status? I do not think as Frodo is db based)

i have 2330 movies, if i want to write a html report (i really like the Cocutus template), ember gets hung.
so, i'd like to select a bunch of movies (the HD e.g.) and only for this export the template, not the full list of movies.

Which Cocotus template? how to use it? I've never used such functionality.

I'm working on the watched/unwatched checkbox. It will be placed in the Edit Movie Page. However there seems to be a bit confusion if/ or what field XBMC uses to recognize the watched state...
I read about setting PLAYCOUNT-Tag to higher than 0 will trigger the watched state in xbmc. Now I read about the "Watched" tag... We have both fields in Ember, so I will set them both whenever the box is checked I guess. To be honest, I dont't use the watched state for XBMC but for my movie template I will use it for sure so it does make sense for me.

I know that the creation/Build process of HTML Export function in Ember is totally slow - even the original author of Ember stated that he would rework the whole thing, but we know all what happened..

I don't have a Dropbox account, but I do have a Box account. I upload the template folder generated by EMM to Box, but none of the graphics are displaying. Was there something special you had to do to get it to work other than simply uploading all files and folders?

Since you all are redoing EMM anyone looked at the bulk renamer? When I rename movies it makes a fake directory along side of the real one.

F:\ movie

and

F\movie

If I rename one at a time by right click rename no issues.

Dan: there is still the bug on 1.3.0.9 that if you enable the renamer together with the scraper it crashes.
I've not got the time to look into it, can you do it?

Damn bulk renamer takes forever to load all the movies. LOL

Okay open Ember wait for it to load database. Now click on Tools | Bulk renamer wait for it to load movie titles. (takes me 5 mins it seems)

I have it set for: Folder Pattern (Single movie in folder) :$T {($Y)} , File Pattern: $T , Folder Pattern (Multi movie in folder) :$D

I also have display only movies that will be renamed checked

Now that is all set the way I want folder will be title-date and movies will be title only (best way in case EMM dies I can switch to another manager)

I click rename and it scans and rename all movies listed the close and reload data base.

It will show all my rename movies in Red which is I:\movie (year)\title.mp4 it also shows a fake path I:movie (year)\title.mp4 (black)

It used to work a long time ago I have no idea in what update it started doing this
