Good question, this actually does happen with movies and tv shows as well. Sorry that I forgot to mention this.

No problem, at least that means I can stop looking for PVR specific things. Seeing as I'm on OSX too, one would expect it to be reproducible though...

Could you check your OSX crash log? If XBMC crashed I would expect there to be references to it there.

Could anyone with a PVR setup give me some information regarding PVR notifications? (Please check in Confluence)

In Settings->TV->Recording there's a setting:

"Display notification on timer updates"
The description is clear I guess, but what exactly is displayed when this setting is enabled? Does it also show a notification when something is actually being recorded? Screenshots would be great.

I have built in some stuff in the notification area, but I'm thinking that might be redundant if XBMC already takes care of this natively.

Did you test with Confluence? These kind of issues are rarely skin specific. Skins shouldn't be able to make XBMC crash. So it's XBMC's fault either way :p j/k

Confluence no problem. I should also mention that the previous version of ReFocus did not have this problem. I received an automatic update through the repo that changed the OSD behavior. If I'm correct there were some changes in Live TV. I noticed the "info" button does work now (it didn't before). And pressing enter previously showed the OSD plus the EPG info at the bottom. Now it only shows the OSD menu (which is a good thing) but I can't back out of it without crashing XBMC.
I switched back to Confluence because of the WAF until this is sorted out...

Hi Jeroen , Again congratulations for this amazing skin, I could not change it now! (And for those who are not happy that this beautiful skin and work of jeroen can do like me, can build the their Mod as they like, I'm doing it as I like to see, few change to refocus, just that i like see!)

I just put in nuigthy XBMC update that day, and there is a bug with only Refocus (confluence no problem)
In the Options menu during movie playback, audio and subtitles Parameter , I can not see the options.

Nightly XBMC are not fully compatible any more with Gotham skins. Know issue.
This means skins have to adapt to in it due time.

Using Helix builds at this stage probably doesn't offer that many advantages to end users anyway. That said however I will start pushing Helix compatibility updates when the Gotham final of reFocus is released.

I pushed a change to Git that should fix the crash exiting fullscreen video some have been experiencing. Please retest if you experienced this (I haven't experienced the crash so I can't validate)
