Downloaded this first time yesterday, and usually I am pretty good at finding these things out my self. But now I had to register and reach out to you guys.
Pseudotv live doesn't just basically start. Script fails immediately. I've downloaded all the dependencies and followed post 1 orders as good as I can understand them. At one point I was missing Globals.py file that alibaba011 provided here, but when I placed to my recources folder I noticed I didn't even have the lib\ folder there. So is it possible that I'm just a victim of github acting up. Remember that I downloaded program very first time yesterday and never go it to even start?

Just wanted confirmation that it was maybe broken already yesterday.(?) Download size was around 6mb. Now, as Lunatixz mentioned that he emptied it, the github looks empty and download size is ~12kb.

Hey guys!
I have two problems with pseudo-TV Live that just have me banging my head against the wall because I just cant figure them out.
Firstly: When I exit pseudo-TV (By pressing the stop square) it doesn't really shut down, and in order to re open pseudo-TV I have to restart xbmc.
I have added a log here and I saw it says it cant open the addon (after it was exited) because its still running.
Secondly: I can only switch between channels when I enter the addon. After I focus on a show, when I press the up and down button it just seeks +10 mins and -10 mins. When I press the OK button It opens the play/pause menu (I believe it's called OSD). My question is how do i fix this, or how do i switch channels after focusing on a single channel.

BTW: I'm running xbmc 12 on an android TV box, using a remote. I have tried mapping the remote keys to different actions but still the second problem keeps occurring, its driving me crazy.

Thanks for all your work on this amazing plugin. Is there any way to change the Time Zone for the USTVNow channels in the EPG?

The EPG shows the local time zone's schedule even though USTVNow is operating off of an East Coast feed.

I just pulled the XMLTV data and changed the USTVNOW xml file to my own grabed one. As far as i know thats the only way to do it.

Not sure it will work, PseudoTV needs a duration (runtime) from the database or a physical file to parse for duration. I'm not sure UPNP is part of the traditional database... send a log...

Here's my log - autotuning with the setup described above.

Being able to autotune the movies I've added via UPNP would be awesome. I recently bought the $170 Asus Chromebox and I'm trying to stream as much as possible to it, since it has a relatively small hard drive. So far I can stream my movies, music, and even Steam games from my main HTPC to the Chromebox. It would be fun if I could get all the functionality of my main HTPC on any TV in the house. The only things missing is being able to stream my movie library into PTVL.

PS: It would also be cool if I could stream my LiveTV channels in PTVL from my main HTPC to the Chromebox. Keep up the great work!

what channel number is using upnp?

I looked at my settings2.xml and none of my movie channels are being built by autotune. So to answer your question - currently none. All of the movies in my library are from my UPNP server, and none of them are detected by autotune. Is it currently possible to add media from a UPNP source?

PS: getting a notification for 0.4.5 but nothing downloads.

Hi Luna, I've been meaning to post about this for a while, but a family emergency has been more important. I got the interleaving to work! I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it worked suddenly!

I have an idea for a feature that I think a good many people would like to see, and I wouldn't mind doing some work to make it happen. Here's my idea: interleave channels but keep the other channel's logo. Here's the idea that spawned this thought. Let's say that you're making a Cartoon Network channel. Anyone who has cable and watches CN knows that at around 9/10, the channel turns into Adult Swim. Yet, AS does not have the CN logo--it has the AS logo. So, this would allow for more natural channels like that. Another gigantic reason that I think people would like this is to solve the problem of channels that have a mix of embedded/nonembedded logos. One could create a playlist channel that is customized to have only shows with the logo, e.g., "History Channel with embedded logo". Then, another channel could be created, "History Channel". "History Channel" would be the primary channel used for surfing: it would have shows that don't have an embedded logo and would have the logo added to it by PTVL. Then, randomly, the hidden "History Channel with embedded logo" would be interleaved into "History Channel" without the logo of the channel so the embedded logo would appear and take its place. How exactly does the interleaving for PTVL work? I honestly haven't done much snooping through the code.

I have nearly got everything working to how it was. My interleaves are working well, but I have hit another snag. PTVL seems to get choked up on my schedule rules. I have given it time but it won't budge. Does the scheduling rule work for you?

I have a LOG and would be extremely grateful if you could take a look.
