Ok tested it, and it works now. But like you said, it doesn't work when it automatically kicks in (tested both versions).
Also, can I make a suggestion? I think it would look even better if the fanart is blended with the background color. This will make it more consistent with how it's displayed in the library view.

Nice mod, makes all the difference to playing music. Is there likely to be a Helix friendly version? I get a dependencies not met error. Thanks.

Thanks for the info, i shall have to be patient. I would still be on Gotham myself but unfortunately for deinterlaced video to play correctly on my setup i've had to install additional packages that have already moved onto Helix.

Hey, nice mod. Thanks for sharing it. May I ask you how (where) to change the time when the music screen kicks in? To better suit my use, I'd like it to pop up a lot sooner. At least 5 seconds (or less.) Thank you very much.

it is easy
in the "IncludesMusicNowPlay2.xml"
change the line :
<visible>Player.HasAudio + System.IdleTime(10)</visible>
in the time you want.
good luck :-)

This is very cool. Will the "music playing" also work if airplaying to Kodi? I just realized that the original Conq is playing the song fine, but does not display anything (not even a simple coverart). Is this what this MOD is for or any easier way to accomplish just this one feature?
