Great skin.

I have picked up 2 alignment issues.

The first is on the favourites screen as shown here http://imgur.com/GdKvvMW,xuj1L2l#1, The names of the movies are not properly aligned.

The second is on the movie info screen http://imgur.com/GdKvvMW,xuj1L2l#0. The director, year etc is not aligned properly.

Also, the weather on the main screen is no correct. The town that it displays is correct, but the weather is different to the one displayed in the weather section. I use Yahoo weather.

I am running Amber on Openelec 5.0 (Kodi V14) on a RPi.

Still would like to get some feedback about PVR.

I just installed today's amber master from gitbub. The screens are shown correclty. But I still found one issue.
The main menu still shows "Live TV" with submenu entries "Channels", "Raido Channels", ...
But starting with KODI there should be two main menu entries "TV" and "Radio".

Furthermore we split up the TV and Radio part of the PVR section and add unique window names like TVChannels, RadioGuide etc. to activate such a window (ActivateWindow(TVGuide)).

As long as "live TV" take you to your TV channels and submenu item radio to radio stations I thinks it's fine. We can maybe remove TV channels from submenu to avoid confusion.

I modded the old Amber 1.7.x for my RPi to show Clearart for TV-Shows and the Cover for Movies. Also I changed the Display of the TV-Shows Episodes in the top bar (Seek Bar) a little bit.

No, sorry. I don't really care for a poster while I watch movies and I never had intention of supporting all kind of clearArt and such. That being said, video info you made does look nicer and I will surely think about it - problem is it has to go to the bottom of the screen.

But I want to suggest a quality-of-live change:
In the Movies submenu we have the "Update Library" option. Can you please add another Update option which cleans the library before updating with new information?
I like to only have unseen or partly seen movies in my list.

Flexysanders, you can have XBMC, er, KODI clean the video library after every update by editing advancedsettings.xml and adding <cleanonupdate>true</cleanonupdate> to the <videolibrary> section.

Guys i am running Kodi on RasPi.

How do i install Amber? Its not located in the Kodi repo - i cant install the zip directly off a usb (dependency errors) can someone help me?

Personally I connect to the RPi via SFTP (SSH FTP), copy the required ZIP to the home directory, then install it via add ons as per normal.

I installed Amber this way via my tablet. Downloaded the ZIP to my tablet, opened AndFTP (https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...p&hl=en_GB), connected to the RPi via SFTP, uploaded the required ZIP, installed from RPi add ons.

Default username is 'pi'
Default password is 'raspberry'
