1: i did a fresh install of kodi and your mod from your repo and now if i edit the submenu i cant exit it anymore. i can exit it if i dont change anything else i have to kill kodi. it worked fine in earlier versions.
2: when linking a movie to a tv-show and use lowlist at season view the icons on the right will overlap

i hope you can fix it Smile

#2 is fixed on Git thanks

#1 If you did not install from zip and just extracted the folder contents and placed them in your addon folder, you most likely do not have script.skinshorcuts installed (also needs unidecode). It should auto install when you install from zip.
Can you make sure you have all the required scripts:
script.grab.fanart and service.library.data.provider can be found in the Services section.
script.skinshortcuts can be found in the Helper Add-ons section
unidecode is under Add-on libraries
Or just try reinstalling from zip. If you have done all that please provide me a debug log so I can see what's going on.

I will look into adding it. No idea if his mod will work as is without breaking something. Quick look shows it is very detailed and the instructions to add it wil take me longer than implementing it.

Mike, removed the skin and reinstalled the zip file but same result with no colored watched flags for Showtime and Landscape.

Update: Mike, I messed around with the skin settings and think I have found the culprit causing the colored watched flags to not show for Showtime and Landscape for me, yet you see the flags. Under Skin Settings-Advanced, If I set Navigation Style to Default the color watched flags work fine. If however the I set the Navigation Style to Fixed and restart the skin the colored watched flags do not show. Makes sense as both Showtime and Landscape are dependent on this setting.

Hope that helps...

Nice mods, just wondering if there is a TV showcase view with logos instead of text? Can't figure it out, thanks in advance.

Not yet but I will add it. It is on my to-do list.

Thanks again...

I am resolute to solve this problem as I have had a similar issue whenever restarting Kodi. It has something to do with the Window(Home).Property(OverlyWatched) that BigNoid uses to set and clear for the Landscape and ShowCase views. I'm always able to solve it by toggling the watched flag off/on though. I will continue to look into this.

Hmmm... Just tried it and switching from default or fixed had no effect...

Did you restart the skin, once I did that the flags disappeared again...

I do have an issue with the watched flag disappearing on restart but after I toggle the watched flag setting it works as intended. Still need to work on it not resetting after restart but I can fix the issue temporarily when I toggle the watched flag under skin settings > advanced > watched status indicator... I think I know the problem but working around it without changing any of BigNoids code is my issue... I am curious as to why toggling it on/off on your end doesn't fix it though...

Earlier when you mentioned if toggling the watch flag off and on resolved the issue I thought you were referring to changing each movie or episode from watch to unwatched and back. If instead I do as you did from the skin settings it does fix it. BTW only have to do this for colored flags, default flags work fine.

Mike do not kill yourself over this and thanks again and the good news is at least we know the Repo skin was identical to the zipfile. Big Grin

It is only with the colored mod because it is code that I added to better fit the colored mod theme. Don't worry about me "killing myself" Tongue I actually like troubleshooting and solving issues. To me this is about helping out the Kodi community and learning as much as I can. So please keep the bug reports and suggestions coming... Keeps me busy when I have the time.

On a side note the zip I posted does have some new additions I haven't yet posted to the repo, it is only on Git. I added cases to Lowlist movie view if that happens to be a view you use...

Hi Mike,

Really appreciate you taking time to create your mod Smile

Is there any chance you have a "list with poster/folder art" on your to do list?

The standard Aeon Nox list has too large letters but your fanart list is perfect but I would prefer it with folder/poster art - is that possible?

Thanks!

This version modded I would to install with other computers.
Question, GIT version must be installed together with the modded version of the January 1, sorry, but I do not understand this thing ... what a difference there is between the two versions modded?
