Mike, have followed you rinstructions for debuggin logging shortcuts on a clean instance. Went into customise the TV Shows menu, add a menu item called 2016. Enter, name shows, back out to main menu and shortcuts rebuilds and you find the 2016 menu doesn't show. Go back to the menu maintenance and the place holder is there but the text is missing.

I've problem using TRON build with this skin (on a Android Box), the video control buttons are in fact "invisible" so I couldn't see them at all (eg. to pause, stop a video play, and most importantly to download/change subtitle)

Please refer attached screenshot below. The controls supposedly appear on the black bar above the visible blue lines.



Any other workaround is appreciated, ie. how do I use the Video OSD skin from confluence skin? Is this mod still applicable? http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=232827

With multi disc sets I just retag the tracks from 1 to nth (example: Disc 1: 01-10 Disc 2: 11-20)

So you never know if you play a track from disc 1 or disc 2. But it's an alternative.

But there's no reason why the track number is so large in one of the screen shots above. It's way to big compared to other text in the same screenshot. That should be changed IMO.

The size of the track listing is like that cause of the space available. It wouldn't look right if the font was smaller and I do not want to create another font.xml addition just for track numbers. If you want it smaller there is a slim list option in skin settings.

If you prefer discs sorted by track number and album then make them be separate (album title: bla blah Disc 1) If your goal is to have an accurate library separated by disc then the numbers should also be accurate, no? I do not think that the second song on the second disc is labeled 202...

Skininfo. Service is installed and resource.images. weatherfanart.multi too… .

may be i m missing something ?

In weather section of sidemenu there are two buttons one for Icons and the other for Backgrounds and if you click either one it should ask if you want to install script.image.resource.select if it is not already installed. If you do have it installed then it should work.

Log says you do not have any library items so that would explain the menu item not appearing. The 2016 part is cause labels and numbers need to be handled a little differently... You can surround in quotes like "2016" or other things like brackets and parenthesis, add a letter like y2016, or use $NUMBER[2016] and that will display just 2016 and not be empty.

It shows just Logos for the Next Aired TV Guide and if you do not have logos you can download them from the settings of the Next Aired script or through the Artwork Downloader script which is what the Next Aired script uses anyway.

The only place fanart is ever dimmed is where it needs to be so white backgrounds don't obfuscate the labels of the library item like RightList or Episode views...

There is no support for builds here. I did not make that mod so I will not support it. Talk to the person who provided it for help.

Yes. It is a global setting for all multi image backgrounds though not just Artist Slideshow.

If 10 is too fast try something longer. Just tested myself and it is working here.

Just be aware that if you are using some kind of music viz mod then chances are it will not work the way it should. Not saying you're using a mod just mentioning it in case you happen to be.

When I enter the section, I can see the cases for a split second before I see the actual video files. Right now it's defaulted to my default background.

Running Chromebox, with Krypton Beta 2, Latest Millhouse build.

It was fine before installing today's Git Master.zip

How long ago did you install? I haven't pushed an update in about a week except the one I just pushed about 2 hours ago.

Edit: I can replicate so I looked at the variable and I was checking to make sure the background property matched the backgroundname property but I have no idea why I added that so I will remove it and that should fix your issue, just hope it won't create another one... I really cannot remember why I used that
