I have check Kodi addon and only have 3.16.2 version. 

It takes 24/48 hours after the release is created to be available.  

 You have check if have already new version? I installed nightly and its the same. Only have 3.16.2. 

 The new version is there now. Verified on Windows 10.

Hello, in the libreelec repo is only the V 3.16.2.2. Is there somewhere the latest addon installable for libreelec as a zip to download?

FYI: There is a crash loop bug on LibreElec if you use more than one group. The fix is in 3.17.1 and will be in the testbuilds released tonight.

Yeah,if i open directly it works. 

 Ok, then you could submit a sample with a kodi issue on their github (search for xbmc on github). The addon is passing the stream correctly to kodi. You can use the timeshift feature of the addon to get a sample.

Simply turn on timeshift on playback in the addon settings and it will buffer the stream locally. You'll find it in userdata/addon_data/pvr.vuplus/tsbuffer.ts. My guess it's just a stream where support needs to be added.
