 Ok fair enough but I tried every step to comply and I never saw any mention that the posts had been moved elsewhere. I even tried to PM you to get a nod of approval and avoid posting on the thread but it wouldn't let me.

I'm sorry but I'm new around here and was simply trying to give Mike some feedback as requested to iron out an issue on his good work. I will try and do a clean install at the weekend.

No problems. MikeSilvo doesn't like the banned stuff either, as many of the piracy builds are using his hard work on this skin. With all those banned items you have installed, it also leads to the question of whether you have the original AeonNox:Silvo installed or a version installed by a build.

Your account is still too new for PM's, edits and a couple of other functions on the forum. Another couple of weeks and you should have all your privileges granted.

Anyway, I always ping members when I respond, so keep an eye on the New Message icon, usually in the top right corner of the screen. Click it and it will take you to the post. See image which shows 1 new ping in blue circle.


I'll leave this post for a bit to let you see it, then I will remove it as Mike doesn't like his thread cluttered up with too much off-topic talk.

There's SD, HD and 3D icons (when looking at infowall). But there doesn't seem to be a 4k icon. The space just goes blank.

Is that just me or everyone?

Can it be added?

I'm not sure if you think that I am ok with breaking forum rules (wiki) but I am most definitely not. Everything Karellen has said is 1000% accurate. Not a typo, 1000%!

You are the only person, as of now, describing this issue and you are also choosing to use whatever you want so please understand that I will not look into anything without a "proper" "unaltered" debug log (wiki) so I humbly ask you to please only post again if you can provide a 100% clean log. Who knows how many hours I have spent on this... But I can tell when the log is changed. It is not that hard even if you happen to delete the colored offending bits in the log including line breaks this time but it really is not that difficult to notice. Time Stamps are by the millisecond and if you go through the log by millisecond then congrats but still not worth it cause we can tell

Only thing I disagree with is "Mike doesn't like his thread cluttered up with too much off-topic talk" however this is also infinitely accurate other than me wanting all users to read this so there is never any confusion but other than that 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000% accurate

HD/SD/3D only provide that which has been previously mentioned "Is it HD/SD/or 3D". I would need a matching image from some "awesome user" that says 4K and "fits" with the other images for me to add.

I hope that this is not like the past issues we have discussed cause I "think" I remember not being able to assist you then...
I hope that it is a different story now

The "right arrow" showing cast is populated by Kodi info so if the info is correct and you see cast info for that item in DialogVideoInfo.xml then I am currently unsure how to assist.

I do not and likely will not ever rely on any add-on to provide or change the Kodi info that I expect to be provided for library items added to Kodi.

That being said. You sir, Mr. Shedrock have provided both skinning help and assistance to users in the past and I will always respect the kindness which you have shown to others so if you need to speak with me privately to fix anything at all I hope to be able to provide that. Please send me a PM and if my inbox is full please post here so I can delete some "messages"

I genuinely agree with you both 100%.I'll never use a Kodi build other than from the Kodi site and Mike's skin again was from his build and updates direct from his Git. The traces of banned stuff was honestly from over a year ago when I 1st installed and was playing about. I've no need to use that crap any more and completely forgot they were on there. I wasn't trying any subterfuge with the log either as I thought you guys literally didnt want anything showing, hence just the gaps.

When you eat at somebody else's table you follow the house rules, and therefore will have a clean install by the time I post again. Thanks guys

@VectorZ All good here. Life is a journey right? Sorry if I seemed harsh but this skinning stuff takes some time and if you throw in user support... It can get... Tiresome.

That's why, on occasion, I need to step away for a couple months here and there.

I cannot ever express the frustration involved with testing over and over again to have it all blow up in your face cause of some shit "build" or crap add-on. Not to mention all the complaints that follow. Me, personally, I couldn't care less what anyone does with the skin. It is open source so any and all are free to do what they want with it as long as they follow the LICENSE.txt.

All I ask is for those that choose to use Kodi that way to please not come here asking for support with that "stuff" installed

I use Up Next addon from official Kodi repository.

This addon works well with other skins, but with Silvo has strange behavior.

When the episode is close to end the pop up with the countdown appers without problems. however, when I click "next" button to view the next episode, it starts well but the countdown stills there with the entire duration of the chapter.

It is posible to fix it?

I did what I could with this addon but I do not use it so I will need screenshots + debug log (wiki) from those that do before I can or will look into supporting it.

@mikeSiLVO - Sorry Mike, I am only having the issue with the TV Shows, which is not really important at this point to me. The movie cast and info works as it should.

I have all required addons installed and all dependencies are met. The settings section functions fine. Sources are set for movies and TV shows. When running under estuary Kodi shows no problems. The only issue I am experiencing is a non functional main menu. Can anyone assist me in getting the main menu functioning?

"Sources are set" but did you let Kodi Create/scan them into the library? I'm guessing from your post when you select the Videos/Movies item on the menu nothing happens?

Nothing is displayed on the main menu. There is nothing to click on. If I change to estuary it works fine.
