Release Embuary Skin
@saga666

It's not because I just use a regular Kodi xsp node.

Provide a log.

Edit:
Just for your interest, this is the call ->
Code:
videodb://movies/titles/?xsp={"limit":25,"order":{"direction":"descending","ignorefolders":0,"method":"dateadded"},"rules":{"and":[{"field":"dateadded","operator":"inthelast","value":["60"]},{"field":"playcount","operator":"is","value":["0"]}]},"type":"movies"}
It's an issue on your end with your setup or database.
Main: Lancool II Mesh  - Ryzen 9 5900x - MSI x570 Unify - Zotac RTX 3080 AMP HOLO - 32GB Trident Z Neo 3600 CL16 -  EVO 960 M.2 250GB / EVO 940 250GB / MX100 512GB /  Crucial P1 2TB / WD Blue 3D Nand 2TB
Sound: Saxx AS30 DSP - Beyer Dynamic Custom One Pro
TV: Nvidia Shield 2019 Pro- Adalight 114x LEDs - Sony 65XG9505 - Kodi / Emby - Yamaha RX-V683 - Heco Victa 700/101/251a + Dynavoice Magic FX-4

 I have a workaround for this problem. when I create my own widget with video database playlist "recently added movies" everything works as it should.
Although here is my log: LOG

No idea, but I'm just using a node path. Maybe it's a Kodi bug or your database is messed up somehow. Anyway, you are the only one that is facing it and there is nothing I can do, sry.

Nevertheless thx for trying to help but I'm curious. Whats the difference between your call and the standard kodi call "recently added movies" ? It reproduces the same result, isn't it?

Mine is a node path like you would create with the library node editor addon. It offers me options to filter or limit a list. It's like a "coded" smart playlist. Everything of this output is handled by Kodi itself. I just provide the arguments.

 I gave it a last try. I copied your "RecentlyAddedMovies.xsp" of your skin to the smart playlists folder, created a custom widget with that playlist and everything worked. Another try: created a node with the library node editor, created a widget with that node, and again, it works. I can't figure out why, with the same arguments, it doesn't work with your node, but with the created smart playlist or library node it does work. Very, very strange....  Huh
I give it up...I will do one of the workarounds. Thanx for that great customizable skin.

Makes no sense, yes ^^. It must be something locally on your end. I'm using these paths since almost a year and noone ever reported a similar issue. But good that a custom widget just solves it for you.

I'd like to make a request @sualfred.

I want to populate a widget with my Kodi favourites in a custom hub, but I don't want them to show in the favourites menu.
Can we get a way to hide Kodi favourites from Emby favourites in said view?

Have a great weekend! Smile

Err, sorry. But that is a very special use case and makes no sense to me. And only adding something for one person is not the way I work.
But you can use a addon like https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=293511

What do you think about a adding a new color?
I really like the grey/white in the new Arctic Zephyr 2 skin. ( https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=339791 )

This would probably mean that the wallpaper / background fan art would need a higher % of opacity so the colors would shine through.

Thoughts?

Could you please extend the media info so that it shows as much as Emby do?

I wish I could, but that's all I have.

Ok. I mean the text info showing filetype, size bitrate etc...
You mean the same?

Could you please also do me this favour?
I'm over a week late lol what's up?

EDIT: While I'm here. Noticed something the other day with the PVR OSD, if your epg has no episode title or season/episode data you get no further program information available
Image
I might be wrong but i think you changed that a while back so it showed the genre in cases with that
