Hi Phunkyfish, I didn't know how to PM in the forum but you can find it here: https://github.com/Ferdelolmo/KODI/blob/master/rte.strm

Thanks in advance!

That works for me. Are you sure it's not geo blocked?

BTW, it's not a very high quality stream. FYI, I am running kodi Matrix though

I'm not sure if it is geo blocked. It is working on my laptop with the same IP so it should work as well, does it make sense?

Can you play it with KODI matrix?

Damn!so it's something with my KODI. Thanks for trying it! Would you recommend to upgrade to Matrix? Or maybe I can use / try to create a plugin to play the channel? Thanks!

You should also be able to play the channel by creating an M3U file using your URL for the channel and loading it in IPTV simple.

Read this to see the format of the M3U file: https://github.com/kodi-pvr/pvr.iptvsimp.../README.md

Hello , you are clever 👌
I have same trouble with continuous downloading the channels without any results ... My M3U file is 34 Mbits size.
Is it too big for creating the database with this PVR add-on ?

Somehow a list that size doesn't sound like it came from the most legitimate of sources.

We do not support any of the "free" channel lists that float around the internet - see our piracy policy (wiki) for details on the subject.

Indeed I think going back for a refresher read of the forum rules (wiki) that you accepted and agreed to abide by when you signed up here would be worthwhile before you proceed further.

there are some portals like xcodes that ships vods in their lists so if these portals (xcodes) are not legit why they have an catchup on pvr iptv simple something like why are they supported there

People use google chrome to download all kinds of things which aren't legit, but that doesn't mean the browser shouldn't exist.

Hi everybody,

I have the same problem with my User agent but i don't know how i have to change my M3U file. My M3U works on VLC but not on KODI.

My M3U is like that :
http://provider.com:2086/login/password/1

I try to put "|http-user-agent=VLC" or "User-Agent=VLC" behind but it doesn't work.

Someone can help me?

Thanks.

Under general settings for the addon you can set a user agent.
