Just pull out the USB Stick. Or delete the folder where you installed Kodi. All the files are created in there.
Very nice, thank you very much! However I will play around some more with the setting.

I think Kodi will use the folder name when that is enabled. If you want to save renaming everything by hand use a renamer.

In Settings/Media/Videos - uncheck 'Use video tags'.

I did not find exactly those words. Can it be same as: Replace file names with library titles? That was marked and I have now unmarked it.

I think it's an advanced setting.

It does not exist in v17.

Introduced in v18... https://kodi.wiki/view/Settings/Media/Vi...video_tags

Ah, that's explains it. I totally forgot that I can change to different levels. I have the standard settings. Thanks Hitcher, I try tomorrow. Now it is bedtime here in Sweden.
Karellen: I am trying 19.1 now so maybe I will find the setting when changing to advance as Hitcher mentioned above, thanks.

Hi Hitcher, I have try now about tags in the filename and the setting was already unchecked. Do you have more ideas?  :-)
I am happy to try.

Only thing now is use a renamer program.

I see, OK then I will go back to the 17.6 version where the scraping worked flawless.
Do you know if there is better video quality in 19.1 than 17.6? Or is that still the same? I think that is in the movie file not in the player?
Or what about 3D-movies or 4K is it possible to play that in 17.6? I have never had a movie or TV but that will be the next.

If your video collection only contains h264 videos, then 17.6 will be fine. With hevc/h265, things are better handled by 19.x.
3D video depends on your graphics card. 4K is usually hevc and 10bit encoded. The choice is yours.

Your issue is not within Kodi, it's the scrapers and the meta-database sites that have changed.

4K UHD h265 is better from many aspects.

The scrapers are different when using them from Kodi 17.6?

"That is apparent. https://kodi.tv/about/"
Obvious a error in the translation. Of course I have a TV and movie. Otherwise I would not be here learning a lot from you.

Thank you, Klojum, Very appreciated that you answer. And all the others in here too!
Good to know. So I think I will use the old one and also start to actively use my JRiver for movies as well. For now I just use it for music because I have been happy with Kodi. I will use the old version as long as possible. Pity Kodi have done changes about the scraping ability.
