So in any version of Kodi 19 I haven't been able to use the pvr client, I tried both with m3u file and m3u link and it always acts the same... Also tried android box, android phone and windows 10, it crashes on all of them. I also tried using Kodi 18.9 and older versions, and on them it works fine with channels that work, but as soon as it comes across a non working channel, it hangs on it for around 1-2 minutes before skiping it

Sorry, I’ll need the full debug log to look into this. Just obfuscate any domains, usernames password that you need to.

Honestly, I think your current provider just has low quality feeds. Likely you need to find one with more reliable streams.
Admittedly, kodi should not crash but it freezing cause it’s being drip fed a low quality stream very slowly is not uncommon.

Did you try disabling timeshift and catchup in the addon settings?

Can you try forcing it to use inputstream.ffmpegdirect or inputstream.adaptive to see if that makes a difference?
You can set a default in the addon settings.

Yes this problem I've been having as well strictly a Kodi 19 thing 18.9 it's flawless but it's to be expected Kodi 19 is still relatively new to an extent just waiting on a fix still loving Kodi tho it's a BEAST!!!

No it didn't and it takes forever to load the channels (stuck on 0%), takes some time to actually load the channels it's un- bearable takes too long!!!
