I know that, but other skin after update the libraries allow see that metadata (offline), I mean cast, crew, artist photo, even all data are in storage in nfo and folder like poster, fanarts, even cast photo.

Had to hunt for your question, next time quote it again.  If it's not cached it's not going to be able to retrieve it if your offline obviously. Haven't checked but I guess the details your looking for (crew, artist photo etc.) are all pointing to TMDB Helper or extended Info rather than your local database.

I finally got around to setting up the new skin properly over the weekend optimising everything for TMDB helper addon.  The service monitor implementation and the whole TMDB helper integration is excellent.  All my widgets are now TMDB helper stuff. I didn't realise how good TMDB helper has actually become. I use it for everything, even down to the skin search function (great feature by the way), I don't even have a local library anymore!  One thing I haven't worked out, with TMDB helper widgets, just on my firestick (not PC) for some reason or another my MPAA didn't get scrapped so while I was browsing films, I subsequently ended up caching a shit tonne of movies that now don't have MPAA.  The issue has since corrected itself so any new films have all the necessary details but all the cached stuff has missing MPAA. I can't go round refreshing every singe cached film so now I need to figure out how to refresh everything at once/delete some cache on my Firestick which is a bit annoying. 

Just a minor change I made to the skin was putting the Rotten tomatoes consensus summary on the additional details section instead of the tagline. I love how well it fits there, all their short 3 line summaries seem to fit the space perfectly (they much have a max character limit I guess) and it generally give you really useful or nice to have info.

TMDb helper has become a powerful addon. That's because its author wants to listen to every logical opinion and implement it in this addon. Many of my requests have been accepted. Don't ask how long it took me to implement everything (still working on some things). I don't know why you have problem with mpaa ratings. It works fine for me on my stick 4k. However, on android nexus, I have some problems and I get frequent crashes, so I went back to matrix 19.5. Nexus works perfectly on PC.
I don't know about Rotten tomatoes consensus, somehow it seems more like a plot to me, it happens that there is more text than it can fit, so somehow I like the tagline more. But it's all a matter of taste.
I'm currently working on fixing the observed bugs and on some improvements. There will also be some new things, animations...

I don't know what kind of answer you expect? I told you that most of the things in the skin require internet. I won't go into the reasons why you don't use the internet, but unfortunately if you want to use all the functionalities of the skin, then you will need it.

On Nvidia Shield  nexus, I have some problems and I get frequent crashes. Hopefully a solution to this problem will be found.

I have a similar problem on android. It's not to the skin. Kodi and addons that are used is problem. I personally went back to kodi matrix. Nexus works perfectly on a PC, I haven't had a single crash so far.

Well I don't have a problem now since it corrected itself but the fact that it did have an issue, it cached a shit tonne of blank MPAA ratings while I was browsing stuff to watch and now I have to figure out how to delete this cache to refresh everything.

Metadata and artwork module> simplecache, delete the cache and then restart. It should then rebuild everything

I did notice that option, doesn’t seem to do anything on Android Firestick.

If there is anyone that still uses Embuary Info I have made it fit into the skin, and updated everything inside the info. You can search other movies, cast, trailers... It's basically extendedinfo but you can just call it up by holding enter. Just let me know if you would like it.

I am very curious about this, I have never used the embuary info but have always used some version of extended.   Pointing the Bingie Search function to extended is the only way i have ever found to NOT have to choose whether I'm searching actor, show or movie. ie: if  I search Freeman, I get shows, and actors, and movies with it in the title. Does Embuary function in the same way?  This has been the driving force for with this skin as nothing was isolated to just one category Just like the Categories in HUBS if i click comedy I would get comedy shows AND comedy movies . Does Embuary info have a library button? For Matrix i went with the diamon cuz it was all that i could find that was updated for matrix. I apparently broke my build as almost none of the things i mentioned are working any more. HUBS categories are only movies, i keep getting skin helper service errors. Theres no point in fixing that build  now that i want to update everything for Nexus. I'm thinking embury info may be the answer or at least part of the answer.

This has nothing to do with the search function of the skin... This is like using extendedinfo but pulls up through a menu by holding the ENTER button or pressing C on a keyboard. Notice the menu bar on the left side.. I am not searching anything.
