Release OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data inc. animated radar support
In the wiki it says to 'You just need to copy some files into your skin/720p or skin/xml folder',  I am using Kodi with the Estuary skin on a HiMedia Q5 Pro.  I cannot for the life of me find the folder you mean.  Whereabouts is it?

Hello @sirhc55

It would help if you paste the link to the wiki page and tell us which section you are referring to.

Actually never mind. I downloaded the ES File Explorer from google play store, enable hidden files to be shown, and there it was under internal storage. Apologies for not spending the extra 5minutes researching.

Feel free to add such info to the Wiki - I only use Openelec really, and Confluence (still).  So withotu direct experience of the other platforms/skins, I am hesitant to offer advice on them...but the Wiki is a community resource, so if you've got tips, go ahead and add them!
Addons I wrote &/or maintain:
OzWeather (Australian BOM weather) | Check Previous Episode | Playback Resumer | Unpause Jumpback | XSqueezeDisplay | (Legacy - XSqueeze & XZen)
Sorry, no help w/out a *full debug log*.

Falling a bit behind, eh? Wink OpenELEC has not seen any development or updates for over a year now. There is LibreELEC, in case you want to catch up with up-to-date addons for scrapers and such. You can also install Confluence, if necessary.

ES File Explorer has become pretty bloated and invasive over time. Try the X-plore File Manager, it also doesn't carry advertisements.

@Klojum Sorry, I meant LibreElec ...just habit there  Wink  I'm fully up to date, just can't fall in love with Estuary.  I did do skin work for it though.... I'll give it another good try when Leia comes out.  I just find all the half cut off icons etc a bit annoying.  I like it better before it became 'pseudo responsive' - although TBH I didn't like it that much even then!

Understandable. Smile You can still install the older Confluence skin if you don't like Estuary. Or any other skin available. Or indeed create your own Kodi skin Smile

I wish I could do some skinning myself. I still would like to have the simplest of simple skins, that are easily usable for example by children and the elderly, using over-sized icons. Oh, well... Smile

I'm guessing it won't be possible to use the radar maps modified pages on the Xbox One version of Kodi 18 Leia given you can't access the required folder to replace the MyWeather.xml and DialogSeekBar.xml?

Or can you?
Kodi 17.6 on multiple Windows 10 x64 machines with shared MySQL 5.6.43 database. Kodi 18 on Xbox One. Content (music, video, photos) stored on Windows Server 2012 R2 file server and accessed by SMB.

Hi all,

Just installed this great weather add-on on my LibreElec Android Box running Kodi V17.  I have enabled the Radar and ABC Weather in settings and I do get the Radar correctly but no Play ABC Button.  Any ideas why this button is missing would be appreciated.

TIA

Greg

Edit: I'm using the Estuary Skin.

No ideas anyone?

Actually, no. I don't recall seeing a Play ABC Button. What is it?

Post a screenshot of what the screen should look like. I am guessing you have seen it somewhere to know that it is missing from your system.

Maybe it is skin specific?
