I already have the Denon and all DT speakers setup. So ASRock might be an option or do you think maybe better would be build an ITX build with a GTX 10 series GPU?

I see in your sig using the BeeBox? The 7200 one? Gussing running Kodi on it? For 3d using external playback with something like PowerDVD?

PowerDVD is needed for 3D on Windows anymore if you use @afedchin build.
