the reason I want to put m3u file into URL, when I update m3u and upload back to site.. I do not need to push new update file back to amazon fire tv stick. If I have in local I have to push update file to the device.

You could stick it on dropbox and then get an HTTP url for the m3u file, as long as it is in your public folder.

I do the same with my nas using its web publishing service.
new dropbox subscription have not free public folders IIRC.

That is smart idea using drop box. I will give a try if I can use for free subscription
but what if i want to use web site like I see some people using like VDUB215 please guide me to any resource I will check it out

I sent the file to dropbox and create shortlink of the file. it works
