I am trying to create my own skin based on estuary, but I want to slowing learn about importing addons, etc.. and I want to import skin shortcuts specifically -- but how do you know which version is the latest release version for kodi 17? there's nothing tagged in the repos stating which version to use

Dependencies are just the minimum version needed. The highest version from the repo will always be installed.

The latest version of skin shortcuts in official repo is 1.0.17
