I'm trying to get the option to switch the audio stream / track. 

Setup: 
I'm using android (s912 7.1.2 and Shield Tablet 7.0 / kodi 18.2 and 18.3RC) to play an mkv file with two audio tracks.
Both tracks are in English. 
One is the audio for the file, the other is a dvd commentary. 
On android, only the DVD commentary track plays. 
I cannot switch it. 

My troubleshooting:
Kodi on windows 10 both tracks show up.
The correct audio is default, I can switch to the commentary if I want.
Settings >System >Audio are the same in kodi on windows and android 

I have tried switching up most of the audio settings, but as of now, they are the same as the working kodi system on windows 
(FYI - I am streaming the file from google drive, but this shouldn't matter as it works on windows)

Update with a few questions: 
Android phone - Android 9 - 18.2 - both audio tracks work... 
Correct track playing first, I can switch to commentary if I want

So, is this a problem with Android 7? 
or
Is it specific to 32bit (Shield tablet and s912 build) vs 64bit (phone)?  
or ... 
is this something else that is solvable? (settings / build)

Any contribution appreciated... also, if it works / doesn't can you post:
Android version: 6,7,8,9 etc
Android: 32 or 64bit version

Any help would be appreciated as I continue to have this problem.  
I have uninstalled, cleared all, and reinstalled fresh.  
Same problem. 

Am I the only one with this playback issue on android?
