Anyone have problem like that?

It's also readable on the Raspbian website(s): Kodi for Debian is currently v17.6 only.
FYI, this version is not packaged by Team Kodi.

You'll have to be patient with Raspbian, or try the newest RPi4 image from Milhouse.

Hi,

thanks for reply. So i know that is 17.6 on raspbian so on Buster it wont work? Maybe its related only to kernel version and i can roll to previous version?

Buster is a new Raspbian release, which is merely days old. It has plenty of optimizations to do.

For a RPi-2b, I'd recommend LibreELEC if you only need Kodi.
Otherwise, use the previous Raspbian release+Kodi.

This question should be directed to RPF/RPT engineers on https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/

The buster version is the standard debian kodi (not built for Pi, so no hw acceleration).
Stretch has a custom version, which hasn't been updated for buster yet
(and it's complicated with Pi4 needing a different build).

It will come, but for now stick with stretch if you need kodi + raspbian.

Ty, i'll wait Smile. Maybe will buy another Pi > Pi4 to make media center Smile and leave Pi2 to do only house automation Smile
