I created a pull request 10 days ago that was assigned to be reviewed. I have not seen any activity on it since then. Am I missing a step in the process?

As far as I see you've not missed anything and there's a pending request for rechi to review. The addon reviewers haven't had a lot of spare time recently so there can be delays to reviews being completed. I'll ask internally if there's anyone available to take a look. By the way if you use IRC you can reach out directly via #kodi-dev on freenode.

With lots of addon developers getting their addons Python 2/3 compatible, I suspect there's a pretty significant backlog of reviews to do.
