Hi having trouble with DStv playback error.using VPN. Everything worked fine till yesterday.today errors. Can you assist please?

Not our problem as per our VPN policy (wiki). Kodi itself works fine without a VPN.

You copy the contents of the logfile into the paste.kodi.tv web page. THEN you click on the diskette icon (or press CTRL-S on your keyboard), and the log file will be stored AND a new URL will appear. Copy/paste that new URL here into the forum.

We have Kodi on Google TV and I am trying to give you the log from my phone but I shall try again thanks for your patience

Kodi also has a Kodi Log Uploader add-on, https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:Kodi_Logfile_Uploader . Try installing that.

If your using a VPN, don't bother with the log.

DStv most likely now blocking your vpn.
You can confirm that by trying their website.

There are no other reports of issues (https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/...on.977513/) so it'll be something your end and nothing we can do to fix sorry

Hi everyone, I’m also having the same issue. DSTV now works on my phone and on the website but doesn’t work via the Kodi Add-on. Here’s a log file replicating the issue. Would appreciate any response
