Probably playing a downloaded MKV, or something encoded via BluRip, RipBot264 or similar?

Hdmkv, you said watched flag doesnt work, but does trakt addon work with the wrapper?
Does creating smart playlists work with you guys with wrapper?
Reply
Sorry, haven't tried either. If you do, please post if they work.

I will report back with trakt yets

Smart playlist doesnt work at my side, but this could be different things:
- the wrapper
- the skin (mq6)
- android 15 beta 1 version

i'm not sure which one it is

Edit:
The problem with watched flag and wrapper, isnt that a kodi thing instead of the wrapper thing?
The wrapper only adds the avancedsettings.xml no?
Reply
The HiMedia wrapper only adds playercorefactory.xml.

yeah that one i meant lol
so it cant be the wrapper..
Guess it are kodi arm beta issues?
Cause it aint skin issues either (works perfect under windows)

Is this already mentioned about the beta arm?

Not sure why watched flag doesn't work with HiMedia player as the external player from Kodi, but I already alerted HiMedia engineers about it. They even asked for clarification. No word yet on a fix.

Here's HiMedia's playercorefactory.xml:
Code:
<playercorefactory>
    <players>
        <player name="HimediaXBMCWrapper" type="ExternalPlayer" audio="false" video="true">
            <filename>com.himedia.xbmcwrapper</filename>
            <hidexbmc>true</hidexbmc>
            <playcountminimumtime>120</playcountminimumtime>
        </player>
    </players>

    <rules action="prepend">
        <rule protocols="smb" name="XBMCWrapper" >
    <rule video="true" videoresolution="540" player="XBMCWrapper"/>

Was just trying to help, but you're right, this isn't specific to HiMedia... anyway, HiMedia support thread is here.

No to Shield as it doesn't do full 3D, nor HD audio. HiMedia user support in thread I linked above and at Futeko forum (for firmware, wrapper, etc.).
