You can put it in a .strm file and try playing it. This seems to be where you fail. I can play it, but I see that your country id is different from mine and it may be blocked where you are.
Yes i can reproduce the .strm file without the first video is skipped.
About the possibility of shuffle and skip a video to the next there is any chance in future updates?

I am relatively new to kodi,
I have tried installing vevo addon 0.7.8 from super repo, all the links work fine and video list shows up , however everytime i am about to play a video i got script error.
Thinking it might be version problem , i downloaded 0.8.2 version and installed from here ,

I would uninstall any addons, download again from moneymaker's repo and install. The error you're getting is because the addon is defaulting to YouTube video playing and the YouTube addon you have has issues playing external links. Neither situation should happen, but because you loaded the addon initially from an extremely unreliable source there may be other issues with your setup.

I have the latest version of vevo moneymaker repo installed on my ATV1 it worked fine with the older version now it stutters and is out of sync any advice please thank you

A log would be useful. What version were you previously running?
I can´t play any video. Give a script error. I installed from normal Repo. What can I do?

Looks like you need to use a proxy from your location. Just to confirm is HLS mode selected in addon settings?
