You can resize the image in ViewMultiplex.xml. Look for "$VAR[videocodec0]" and resize both images. The problem is this affects all the flags, so the Blu-ray flag will quickly grow too big to fit at the top of the case.

There is no Add-on required for the characterart to display, you just need one image in the Movie/TV Show folder or multiple images in a characterart subfolder.
