Good morning, everyone. I currently have the aeon version mq8 2.9.0
If I install the latest version of aeon mq8 multi mod over it will it work?

Yes, the download from the first post will always be up-to-date.

Yes I just did it and I have the discarts at set level. Thank you for your help. If I can they that, I am in love with your Mod.

I don't understand how to install the multimod mq8. When I try to install it with kodi which under mq8 2.9.0
He gives me an error message.
What are the necessary steps to install it correctly, please

Just copy the files contained in the package over your existing ones. Backup your skin 1st using skin helper backup addon.

I'm under nvdia shield. I copied the files on my hard disk and when I want to install it it gives me an error message. I'm used to installing skins but this time I don't understand. it doesn't work.

Did you unzip the package and copy over your existing files as I suggested? If so, then it must work. Do not try to install the file via install from zip. These files must be manually copied.

No problem. What is your (OS) operating system?

If it's Windows, then your path to the skin files would be this:

txt:
C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq8

If it's LibreELEC:

txt:


\\YOUR.IP.ADDRESS\kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq8

Remember: You are only copying over the files that Latt's has provided. Again, make sure to make a backup of your existing Aeon MQ8 skin.

I copy over a pretty solid Gigabit home network and I still have issues copying. If you are not sure then as was suggested back up your skin (although this never worked for me). You can seriously mess up your skin if you get this wrong.

Does anyone know why the Cinegraph posters would suddenly stop working? I know this is a vague question but they have just stopped working for me. I get no files for movies I know for a fact have animated posters because I downloaded them previously.

I will wait for a version that installs more easily. currently my mq8 works very well.
I'm not going to try to disable it.

No problem. If you are not comfortable with Linux hidden directories etc then this makes sense.

Greetings @latts9923. You've clearly been hard at work for this new mod. Do you have a timeline for when you will be focusing on the Music section, particularly the Multi-logo feature? It's what keeps me using MQ7, actually.

BTW, I have a few small tweaks I can offer to the Music Fullscreen Layout 3. Would you like me to post them or send them via PM (with screen shots)?
