Don't know what I'm doing wrong. The item "visual effects" is not displayed, so I guess the mod is not correctly installed (is there a better way to check it). So I installed MQ8 2.9.0, I downloaded Multi Mod, opened the ZIP file, and drag and dropped the file skin.aeonmq8 in the directory appdata/roaming/kodi/addons. Files were overwritten. I guess this is OK anyway (or do I have to delete some items in the overwritten file ?). I feel so stupid. Please help.

Skin settings - somewhere under disc I think.

OK - found it; it's the last before restoring. But with me I can change the settings within this item. You don't see this item at all?

For Layout 5, when I bring out the OSD panel, the furniture disappears.  However, for other Layouts, the furniture is pushed upward and stays on top of the OSD panel.  Could you make the same for Layout 5?  Thanks a lot.

and again to my problem with the "characterarts" , i have now installed your "MQ7-Mod", there all "characterarts" are displayed correctly.

edit: i have copied the pictures into a folder "characterart" and now the pictures are displayed, but this was not necessary with the older skin versions, all "characterart" were in the film/series folder. but the "characterart" still do not work properly. as soon as a film/series has no picture, the last available "characterart" is displayed.

I've recently made some tweaks to the furniture that hides the furniture when the Music OSD is displayed. I will make a new setting that allows you to keep or hide the furniture when accessing the Music OSD.

I noticed that problem too the other day while viewing the Video Info for episodes. I have a fix for that coming in the next update. Thanks!

Yeah, the persistent characterart has been a problem ever since it was introduced a few years back. I've never been able to resolve the problem other than exiting back to the Main Menu.

These go in the resources subfolder of the resource.images.resolution.color Add-on. I thought I had made these available in the past, but if not I will post a download in the next update for them as well in case someone misses this post.

Also, here is the brand new 4K image I made for the resource.images.videocodec.color Add-on...

This new image (default and colored) will be part of the next update. The default image will be in the new Textures.xbt file of the Multi-Mod.

I have two KODI setups: both pc and both KODI LEIA, both running this mod.
I have two questions: the first picture , KODI setup 1, is missing the budget and other financial info and I can't figure it out? Second, Image number 2 is my other system, when I do a reload none of the info you can see from my first KODI setup fills in the second setup and I have been going in circles trying to figure it out?  Any ideas?
(The second setup, missing the most art and info, is a copy of my first setup except for the database files because KODI setup 1 is directly connected to the media source and the second KODI setup is connected by a SMB network to the media source) other than that and the "guisettings.xml" files, they are identical)

Anyone know whats up with skin helper service? running .31 but isn't working in Leia Seems only Python 3/Matrix and above?

Also, cant seem to get movie sets to display? Options are enabled for sets but still no sets?

Have you tried closing Kodi, removing simplecache.db, open Kodi and let it populate the database again?

Yes, I tried that. That's why I'm stumped, I've tried (I think) all of the normal steps.
Could it have to do with the fact I literally copied setup 1 onto computer 2 except for databases and "guisettings.xml" file and made sure setup 2 had all addons enabled.....? Could there be a problem with this?
