Surprised they announced the products so early then, since at least one of the MSI products is available for purchase. I guess at this point I have been waiting almost a year for a Kaby Lake HTPC whats another month.

Not surprised at all, it always happens
That one does mention it as HDMI 2.0a. So, technically it will support HDR. Will have to get one and test it out Smile Actually, Club 3D and UpTab ones have the same PS176 chip.
HDR capability would be amazing.
Do you know if current Intel platforms with HDMI 2.0 over DP 1.2 are able to output 10 Bit color depth? Or is it downsampled to 8 Bit?

HDMI up to 4K@60Hz
I already have all the components including a case, so Mini-ITX would work too. Looks like a good deal, I just wish it had an Intel NIC instead of realtek. Now I am throwing around the idea of using my existing Mini-ITX board and getting an GTX 1050 with a slightly larger case. At least with the 1050 I know it has all the functionality including HDR that I would ever need.
