Yes that's right. The problem is that with this build "before-rebase - org.xbmc.kodi_20.90.101_arm - 20230617000 acb-rebasedD", the sources are no longer updated, and are out of date.
Unzip the file kodi.binary.instance.inputstream.zip and replace in /media/developer/apps/usr/palm/applications/org.xbmc.kodi/addons/
kodi.binary.inputstream
this way not fix issue

I did that, but it still asks for kodi.binary.inputstream v3.3.0. I wonder about that too. So I provided them kodi.binary.inputstream v3.3.0 from newer build. I have replaced the folders on my TV and pvr.dvbviewer was installed.

BTW Whitelist isnt working also the list only show 1920x1080p 0.00hz.

Why is so difficult obtain a version of Kodi for LG able to avoid audio out of sync by default? This is an issue present from the beginning and never solved

OK Now
i remove kodi & clean install again
then install:
1-kodi.binary.instance.inputstream
2-install pvr.dvbviewer = OK!
3-install inputstream.adaptive after change 3.2.0 to 3.3.0 in addon.xml
4-install pvr.hts after change 3.2.0 to 3.3.0 in addon.xml
Now all working
