Tomas -
I've been using the skill for more than a month now, and it's been working really well. Love the shortness of the voice commands, especially once Alexa knows you want to control Kodi. Even if I didn't initiate playback using Alexa, one "Alexa, pause HTPC" and from then on "Alexa, pause" or "Alexa, resume" does the job -- just great!
One request: Could you add the ability to turn on/off notifications about Kodi Connect? My setup is mobile, and as a result my Internet connection varies, and this can occasionally lead to a distracting number of notifications about Kodi Connect while watching TV.
Cheers,
Scott

Need to leave debug on all the time. Here's my latest log, but, now , again, Alexa says playing "show" on kodi video and nothing plays. However, I can now exit out of Kodi without any problems.

Should be fixed in the newest 0.1.13 version. Can you please try it out?

Made all the steps.
You put me also in the email list.
Skill responds to commands:
* Resume
* pause (instead of stop)
* forward XX minutes
Unfortunately play [movie] is not working:
Alexa responds to the command with:
"Getting XXXXXX from Kodi Video" but nothing happens
Regards
But it should be now
Can you try new version? https://github.com/kodi-connect/kodi-con.../readme.md
Everything works know (except the stop error).
Thanks for your efforts.
Keep up the good work.

But I have started a new one, with the new link for the skill:

Hopefully during this test, I will be able to get the skill submitted, so everyone can just use it freely.
Thanks again. I do love the skill and hope it gets submitted.
For anyone having issues after reinstalling the skill for Alexa: I had to uninstall the addon in Kodi and delete my user data because Alexa thought I had two instances of this skill and asked which instance I wanted the media played on.
Anyway, great skill Tomas!!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the addon in Kodi, and deleted my user data under user data addons kodi connect, but still the skill is duplicated, any suggestions?

Same here initially, i enabled the new skill yesterday morning and it kept working. Went to use it last night and it was 'kodi video or kodi video'.
No matter what i delete or renistall now , it appears that my Echo sees the old skill and the new one.
